Čo od vás očakávame

  • Long term planning of IT resources – calculation of overall IT disposable capacity for next year and planning of "must“ activities (line work, support and maintenance and capacity for small changes) and expected projects on HL basis
  • Middle term planning of IT resources - planning of approved projects and particular small changes on day by day basis, resource conflicts resolution,
  • Time tracking of IT resources - collecting and processing time sheets (real work) of all IT staff
  • Reconciliation IT MDs - comparison plans vs real work on different levels (ID level, organization unit level, etc.)
  • Setting and monitoring of KPIs for all IT resource planning area,
  • Providing consultations and recommendations on the feasibility of projects in terms of coverage IT resources
  • Preparation of statistics and reports from IT resource planning area on demand

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

  • Skill to identify and solve conflicts
  • Strategic thinking in a project portfolio management area
  • Experience in the field of IT is an advantage
