Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Research / design of thermal management of LEDs used with different heat-sinks
• Meet time schedule of each development phase
• To meet the technical and quality standards (norms), norms of Health and Environment protection of EU and SR during development and re-design of products.
• Technical level of new or redesigned products that can meet competition according to requests of Product marketing of VS or VS’s customers.
• Accuracy of technical documents of new or redesigned products necessary for production, QA or archive according to rules of VS.
• Standardization of parts, it means to minimize qty of new parts during development or re-design of products
• Characterization of Components an Modules
• Support for Application Engineering Department
• Research for new LED Technology materials and solutions
• Monitoring of new LEDs
• Communication to external suppliers, partners
• To make other activities according to superior’s instructions related to his position
• To meet and respect the Process cards of ISO 9001/2000 valid in VS
• Bachelor or graduate technical University in Electrical or Electronic Engineering / Scientist for Physics
• Experience in electronic design
• Good level of technical English
• Team player
• Willing for business trips
• PC skills: MS office, ECAD (e.g. Eagle) , SW 6 Sigma ET
