From 2 800 EUR/month*The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.

What you'll do:
● Work closely with our business and partner up with our management teams;
● Take ownership and drive delivery of key milestones of the People Plan within the organization;
● Create employee engagement initiatives;
● Use HR information systems for insights and actions (we use SAP Success Factors, PowerBI);
● Be a great collaborator not only within the close team but also in the broader organization;
● Be an active force when it comes to driving our company culture;
● Continuously improving HR processes, striving for simplicity and efficacy;
● Serve as the local subject matter expert on HR & labor issues, and provide coherent advice in line with local labor legislation.

What you'll bring:
● Several years of previous working experience in a similar HR-related position;
● Preferred university education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
● Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work under an organization in a transformation period, or green-field project;
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, conversational in English, written and spoken, and proficient in Slovak language;
● Not only an individual contributor attitude but also a demonstrated ability to work within a multinational team, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
● Ability and willingness to travel within Europe, although based in Košice, Slovakia;
● Passion for continuous learning and staying informed about the latest HR and industry developments.

V medzinárodnom projektovom prostredí, v ktorom v súčasnosti spolupracujeme na zriadení závodu, spustení výroby a tiež na náborových aktivitách, sa podieľajú kolegovia rôznych národností a komunikačným jazykom používaným na každodennej báze, je angličtina.
