Job description, responsibilities and duties

Work with the customer to fully understand customer requirements in order to deliver project outputs. Deliver excellent service during the roll out of Hoozin Software, Intranets and Digital Workplaces. Collaborate with Customer and Hoozin Front and Back end Developers. Provide regular weekly project highlight reports to Program Manager; manage project exceptions throughout the project life-cycle. Manage all projects in accordance with agreed plans and schedule throughout the project life-cycle. Manage project resources to ensure all project documentation is produced in accordance to plans and quality.
Manage, coordinate and produce outputs for all project reviews including reviews, design reviews, project risk and planning reviews as a minimum.
Ensure risks are defined, maintained, reported and mitigation plans are followed to reduced project risk and opportunities taken.

• Min. 5-6 years’ experience in IT Project Management
• Experience with Intranets and Collaboration tools a plus
• Good knowledge of IT challenges and culture
• French language is a must
• Creative and team spirited
• Flexibility & willingness to travel.
