Job description, responsibilities and duties
This job requires English language. You will be responsible for the Office in Bratislava, as well as for different Admin tasks for our Offices in France, USA and Canada. Tasks include but not limited to:
- Responsibility for the smooth and professional running of the Office in Bratislava
- Manage all back office like payroll, accounting, legal obligations
- Manage the staff holidays, sick leave and other back office related tasks to HR
- Build Sales Reports in Salesforce.com for all organizations in our Group
- Help Management with other back office tasks for our French, USA and Canadian companies.
- Communication with suppliers
- Report to Management
- Responsibility for the smooth and professional running of the Office in Bratislava
