Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Define account plans, follow up and monitor status and progress.
• Identify strategic key players/decision makers as clients and develop long-term business with them.
• Define pricing and margin within the framework of the budget after consultation with the Engineering Manager.
• Submit and negotiate quotations and price roadmap.
• Conclude sales contracts.
• Detect client needs, market trends, projects, investments, alliances opportunities in a methodical and systematic way in order to be able to build an appropriate action plan.
• Build and maintain knowledge about potential customers and their sales process.
• Understand the customer’s strategies.
• Analyze the activities of the completion and elaborate action plan.
• Attract new customers.
• Inform on customer needs and expectations by communicating with engineering & operations manager.
• Give feedback on customer’s comments or claims for improvement.

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor Degree with experience in an international B2B environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role (healthcare Industry), B2B experience is a must.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a medical equipment sales function is a plus: Account Management, Key Account Management,
• Knowledge of clean-room environment, surgery rooms, sterilization is a plus.
• Experience in medical devices industries, pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Experience in thermoforming is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English
