Customer Service / Logistic / Sales Support
Vitachem is offering to manufacturing customers a wide product portfolio of raw materials and ingredients used for the production of food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
We have almost everything we need: Internationally known suppliers, both local and multinational customers, a wide product portfolio of specialty and basic ingredients (please visit www.vitachem.eu), a modern office, a nice team and almost unlimited opportunities for further growth. Recently, we expanded our facilities with a seminar room and application lab for internal trainings, application trials and customer seminars. Next step will be the operation of our own warehouse facilities.
To utilize those opportunities we are looking for a motivated professional, who will take over the position as “Customer Service / Logistic / Sales Support ” and will support us to further develop our growth strategy.
For our office in Bratislava we are looking for a motivated, communicative and reliable person with the target to be - starting with the first day - an indispensable member of our dynamic team.
Tasks and responsibilities
You will cooperate very close together with the sales managers for Czech & Slovak Republic:
- Contact with customers mostly from Czech and Slovakia
- Contact with international suppliers
- Price calculations, offers & follow-up
- Purchase and sales order management (not order processing)
- Cooperation with colleagues from order processing
- Cooperation with colleagues for warehouse & transport logistic
- Stock management in coordination with the sales & product managers
- Sample requests and follow-up
- Customer project management
- Market analysis, working with CRM and ERP-System
