Vitachem is offering to manufacturing customers a wide product portfolio of raw materials and ingredients used for the production of food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
We have almost everything we need: Internationally known suppliers, both local and multinational customers, a wide product portfolio of specialty and basic ingredients (please visit www.vitachem.eu), a modern office, a nice team and almost unlimited opportunities for further growth. Recently, we expanded our facilities with a seminar room and application lab for internal trainings, application trials and customer seminars.
To utilize those opportunities we are looking for a motivated professional, who will take over the position as “Marketing and Sales Support Specialist” and will help us to further develop our growth strategy.

The “Marketing and Sales Support Specialist” will have following responsibilities:
- To adjust existing and create new marketing related materials (digital or printed) in order to promote company’s activity. In addition, to modify existing brochures, product lists, product specifications in line with the corporate identity.
- To generate content for Vitachem´s promoting activities, i.e. collect various forms of data from large variety of sources (supplier’s brochures, product range, application lists, webpages, articles, market updates, newsletters, internal meetings, interpersonal discussions with sales and product managers etc.).
- To provide ideas in order to strengthen communication and cooperation between customer and company, to ensure constant and systematic mutual supportive relationship between customer – company – supplier. To plan marketing activities following implementation of Vitachem’s strategy of being a “partner”.
- To create weekly, monthly, quarterly (etc.) action & marketing calendar reflecting important steps which have to be performed to ensure achieving mutually agreed objectives.
- To deliver agreed message to final customer and consequently generate added value for the customer.
- To search for market’s needs by keeping the overview and by well-established exchange of information between other colleagues, mostly sales and product managers.
- To contact selected customers by electronic direct marketing tools and ensure that "the message" is well communicated to the final (industrial) customer.
- To analyse the available data (sales figures, market overviews, CRM potentials) and collect/create/prepare marketing knowledge.
- To promote internal “campaigns” to colleagues by various tools (presentation, meetings, digital content) and educate them in particular topic, to highlight key positives of the presented promoting activity and to draw an attention to possible negative reaction from the customer’s side.
- Important aspect for this position is an independent working attitude, self-motivation and the ability to integrate into our team to achieve the common agreed targets.

The position will include discussions & close cooperation with sales, product managers and general management and is connected with a high level independency.

Skills and experience requirements:
- Semi-professional/professional knowledge in graphic design
- Creative approach in generating the marketing related content
- Ability to work independently and strong emphasis on self-management
- Marketing educational background (2nd degree), experience is an advantage
- Strong time-management skills
- Soft skills on a high level to ensure smooth knowledge exchange and cooperation in Vitachem team
- Communication skills
- MS office level: advanced
- IT knowledge: relevant to related activities, probably more than regular user
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, as well in English
- German language skills are an advantage due to our several German business partners, but not obligatory
- Work well with people, anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a positive work attitude.
