Job description, responsibilities and duties
Tasks:
· Several years of experience in automated testing of backend systems (Java)
· Understanding of the transition from different testing phases (test automation/CI testing/integration)
· Manual and automated testing of SOAP and REST APIs
· Experience in developing Java-based test automation software/test framework (an advantage)
· Knowledge of relevant test case creation methods
· Experience in an agile project environment – SCRUM, KANBAN
· Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
· Teamwork and communication skills
Skills:
· Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, SQL,
· Frameworks/technologies: JUnit
· Databases: PostgreSQL
· Development tools: IntelliJ or Eclipse
· Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Grafana, Jenkins, GIT, Postman/SoapUI, Cucumber & Gherkin an advantage,
Very good knowledge of German
Certificate:
· ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level
Location: Vienna + Home Office (2 + 3 days)
