Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position is temporary replacement for long term sick leave.
• Validation of Customer purchase orders / internal order forms
• Administration of Customer Orders in ERP system
• Coordination of various internal departments and tasks securing a fast and accurate - Customer service
• Communication with internal and external customers
• Keeps the customer informed about status of the order or possible changes to original schedule• Issues invoice in accordance with revenue recognition rules
