Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job Purpose
- Ensure and organize shipments of spare parts for the entire range of parts covered by Service EMEA
Specific Responsibilities
- Prepare documents and coordinate shipments according to the shipping and delivery dates and priorities indicated in the system
- Be the primary Logistics Provider interface for all shipping related issues and monitor Logistics Provider shipping performance
- Be the first escalation level in case of spares shipment problems
- Coordinate freights with forwarding companies and external logistics operator (DHL)
- Coordinating with Spares Administration operators and dispatchers, ensure shipment of urgent spares
