Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• software development for analyzing modeling and predicting the heat transfer performance of Vertiv HVAC products and their components e.g. compressors, air cooling condensers, etc.
• perform heat transfer, fluid dynamic and thermodynamic analyses.
• processing and analysis of laboratory test data for model development
• validation of HVAC components and system models with data laboratory tests. Establish methodologies and equipment for thermal performance characterization of our custom cooling components and systems. Conduct testing under a variety of use conditions to determine whether they meet customer specifications.
• heat transfer analysis of commercial HVAC products and components
• technical support of existing products and development of new products within the global framework
• capability to fully exploit our internal software and / or commercial performance tools
• project documentation and presentation of the progress of senior management projects
• comply with the procedures, rules and principles of the integrated management system
• work with engineering teams to design and test custom cooling systems and heat transfer components, such as liquid cold plates, air-refrigerant evaporators, air-liquid heat exchangers and condensers.
• development of new products and technical support for existing products
