Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Validation of Customer purchase orders / internal order forms
  • Administration of Customer Orders in ERP system
  • Administration and distribution of internal and external Purchase orders related to assigned customer orders
  • Coordination of various internal departments and tasks securing a fast and accurate - Customer service
  • Communication with internal and external customers
Issues Purchase orders and gathers and coordinates all delivery dates in accordance with customer request
  • Monitors and coordinates activities related to all ordered items throughout the process
  • Keeps the customer informed about status of the order or possible changes to original schedule
  • Performs requested changes to the order
  • Communicates and coordinates internally with all involved departments (purchasing, production planning, shipping dep., engineering, production, credit control etc.)
  • Issues invoice in accordance with revenue recognition rules

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience in order processing, logistics, supply chain beneficial
  • English is a must, other foreign language is an advantage
MS Office Professional
