Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Act as superuser for Logistics Master Data and Reporting using Supply Chain Optimization Program Systems.
• Managing logistics master data and reports in 3-5 systems such as for example: Oracle Transport Management System, Parcel Manifesting Systems, Oracle E-business Suite.
• Understand business needs related to reporting of various freight cost and qualitative KPIs monitoring. Provide suitable reports using available systems.
• Develop tools that help to optimize logistics cost, increase speed and quality of various operational activities: associated with logistics activity using MS Excel, MS Access and Macros.
• Summarize business requirement documentation in cooperation with particular business process owner, perform testing including all features and functionalities, document, archive and keep up to date user manual documentation, arrange user trainings, perform go live and post go live support, perform enhancements and changes as per business need.
• Drive embedded freight decoupling activities, analyzing costs, savings.
• Cooperate with other logistics staff, corporate resources, EMEA plant operations, market units, finance, supply chain and other functional groups on business requirements as needed.
