Main responsibilities:
• Assists in developing and maintaining standard processes including relevant documentation
• Maintains integrity and accuracy of the company database so the right person gets the right information at the right time.
• Maintains data standards, makes sure the databases contain consistent, accurate, clear and defined data and are available for all users.
• Inserts, changes, solves data issues so the users access the data concurrently in a form that suits their needs.
• Provides a support and works closely with master data management team, preventative maintenance schedulers and contract administrators.
• Regularly communicates with operational staff to ensure database integrity.

Required experience:
At least 2 years proven administration experience
Work experience on similar position/trade is an advantage

Language skills:
Fluent English and other European language

PC skills:
MS Office
Excel - advanced

Technical/practical skills:
EPR system such as Oracle is an advantage

Personal expectations:
Analytical and accurate person
Able to prioritize and organize tasks
