Key responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise in technical area for Oracle modules, Workflow and Alerts
• Provide guidance and training as required on technical issues to other Oracle support analysts
• Collect and analyze technical aspects of business requirements for Oracle application modules during implementation projects.
• Support in the creation of business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentation.
• Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle modules/Workflow/Alerts.
• Provide suggestions to tune Oracle applications for optimal performance.
• Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion.
• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
• Support project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions.
• Develop workflows and alerts and write ad-hoc SQL scripts.
• Create isupport and migration requests for datafixes.
• Research and effectively document technical aspects of Oracle localization impact on the Vertiv global design

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization


Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Oracle Applications environment
• 3+ years’ experience with ERP System (Oracle eBS - preferable) in either an operational environment or implementation projects
• 3+ years’ experience in SQL in Oracle eBS environment

Basic Skills
• Multiple language skills and very strong command of English
• Excellent Communication and Teamwork skills
• Excellent Customer Relationship Skills
• Experience of working in a global environment essential
• Process Discipline and Documentation skills essential
• Ready to move beyond own area of comfort
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations

Technical / Functional skills
• Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
• Proven knowledge of the following Oracle modules (or other equivalent ERP systems) with the technical background:
• Workflow
• Alerts
• Forms Personalization both Forms & HTML
