As result of the continuous international growth en the innovative feed design concepts is our company in a continuous growth. To grow our Project Engineers team in The Netherlands (Panheel) we are recruiting an experienced Project Engineer.
The position:
As a result of the continuous growth and professionalization of the Project Engineering department Van Aarsen is recruiting a Project Engineer.
Job description:
- The design of processes and installations conform quotation specifications and the drawing of the matching drawings.
- Total technical responsibility for the final design.
- Coach Detail Engineering within the project.
- Technical meetings en taking care of the technical input in these internal meetings (quotation meetings, project kick off, project evaluation, etc…).
- Communication with clients regarding the technical aspects of the process and the project.
- To determine / assess the process conditions at the clients location.
- Providing project information in time and attune internal as well as external.
- To draft technical specifications for Purchasing and to review the suppliers quotations.
- Check, review and fitting of third parties specifications and drawings.
- Work within the Van Aarsen Project Engineering team in The Netherlands according the timeline given by the Engineering Manager.
- Create, initiate and further development of process standards and engineering tools;
Profile:
- Education minimum Bachelor Mechanical Engineering.
- The potential to develop into a Project Manager.
- Creative thinking in technical solutions.
- Understanding and creativity to find solutions for our client challenges and to put this into an engineering solution.
- Experienced Engineer, preferable in machine building in a project based organization.
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Good knowledge of the English language, preferably with a 3rd language like German, French or Spanish.
- Willing to work and live in The Netherlands and occasional travel to clients abroad.
- Knowledge and experience with the standard PC Software, manufacturing control system, 2D and 3D design software like Solid Works.
- Able to work structured, according a planning with a high level of accuracy.
- Motivated with a flexible work attitude.
- A high level of working autonomous.
- Good interpersonal communication and people skills.
