Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

• Support Local GM in her / his role
• Manage accounting and customer service branches, approving and releasing orders, setting and inspecting customer credit limits and payments, manage accounts receivables, form & review monthly accruals on bad debt, and other provisions covering fully accounting circuit
• Manage budgeting & forecasting processes & multiple reporting needs of the country and Region.
• Provide financial analysis, controlling & reporting services. Processing, prepare and consolidate various reports (Budgets, Forecasts, Updates) and files and presentations, assisting in the decision making process, contributing in various Ad Hoc Business Development Projects (Acquisitions, Due Diligence etc).
• Organize the receivables of the company.
• Create & Manage operational best practices.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations (internal and external).
• Partners with the different business functions and provides financial leadership to optimize profitability and performance;
• Provide accurate financial data covering month-end and management reporting to the business in a timely manner;
• Perform data submission in HFM (global reporting system);
• Monthly Accounting Review files preparation according to communicated dead-lines;
• Plans, directs and monitors all key processes within the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities;
• Initiates efficiencies and cost savings opportunities (i.e. improvements in budgeting and reporting processes);
• Supervises application of accounting rules and internal controls procedures;
• Monitors, reports and implements regulations/legislation requirements on the market;
• Prepares financial and business performance reports for various recipients;
• Cooperates with sales, logistic and procurement departments as well as with auditors;
• Supervises the payroll activities, transmitting to the accounting company the details regarding new employees or information about leavers, completing the employment contracts;

Work experience:
• Experience in Slovakia Market in Finance Departments / Auditing Firms , working in a technically challenging and process dominated and systems based environment, specifically Planning, Scheduling and Customer Servicing setup.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
• Experience effectively, positively communicating to a diverse audience at multiple levels within complex organizations, through a variety of formats.

• Overall solid knowledge in Budgeting, Reporting & Controlling Aspects within MNCs.
• Good Knowledge on local tax & accounting environment.
• Good Knowledge on IAS/IFRS US GAAP.
• Literacy in accounting software Programs (HFM, SAP,TM1-COGNOS) would be considered an asset.
• Seminars in Accounting Issues, Credit Issues, IAS/IFRS and other related topics would be considered a plus.
