Key responsibilities :
• Shipments and orders tracking
• Reporting on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for specific customers
• Providing internal and external presentations
• Monitoring product service standards' compliance to evaluate product delivery quality
• Analyzing various kind of data and providing feedback to Program Management
• Supporting service process to ensure consistency and service improvements
