Tasks

As a Senior Manager Proposition Innovation for CEE you are active within the development and execution of the One Global Life (OGL) action program and report directly to the Head of Proposition Innovation. As part of the expert team you develop clear customer segment oriented value propositions. Also, you manage core and adjacent types of innovation, based on key consumer trends, innovative partnership models and digitalization. In addition you develop an industrialized approach of proposition delivery, in order to increase reuse of proposition elements at regional level, and ultimately accelerate shift in business mix and sustain ongoing innovation.

This role will be a strategic extension of the Global Life and Health proposition innovation team. Your key responsibilities will be to strategize, design and implement regional product delivery within Allianz hub strategy, standardize product development and time to market for new propositions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of regional innovation, and work closely with internal and external parties, cross function and countries. Also, you will strengthen the global and regional proposition innovation community, share your best practices and analyse transferability of innovative concepts cross countries and regions.

Requirements

The role requires a wide range of functional experience, working knowledge of life and health insurance products and strong ability to drive change. As an expert in the area of business transformational project or innovation management, you have worked successfully in an international environment within the CEE region after completing your university education or professional insurance qualification. In the course of your work you have successfully developed and standardized global and/or regional product development and manufacture, thus achieving verifiable successes. You possess outstanding market understanding, familiarity with current trends in insurance and consumer product world, good customer insights and the ability to apply them to proposition development. Excellent English skills and a passion for innovation and drive to be a change agent complete your profile.
