Calibration Technician

• to plan and communicate the calibration calendar
• to performe in-house calibration and send equipments to outside for external calibration and performing the calibration check
• to maintain and label the different calibration status for all tested and measurement equipment.
• to segregate non-conforming eqipmnet and overdue equipment per requirements.
• to implement related test and inspection methods.
• to coordinate project activities with other departments and outside vendors
• to calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment in order to ensure compliance with published specifications
• to maintain primary and/or intrinsic calibration standards and to maintain secondary and/or working calibration standards
• to prepare calibration reports and certificates
• to perform uncertainty evaluation and analysis for measurement standards and associated measurement processes
• to train subordinates in calibration concepts and procedures
• to interact with other technicians, Customer Service Representatives,other managers, and customers
