Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Daily overview about initiated non conformities (NC) on dedicated area
• To coordinate and support the NC handling according to valid procedure
• To ensure that initiated NCs are correctly and completely described/written, including supporting documentation
• To participate in the incoming material NC solving
• To update the NC database
• Maintain records
• Archiving of the initiated NCs
• To perform NC trends
• To participate/lead the root cause analysis
• To issue root cause analysis reports
• To support complaint investigator on complaint investigations
• To initiate the input for implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• To participate on NCRB (Nonconformance review board)
