Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Ensure correct payments of salaries, supplements, bonuses and alike.
Ensure compliance of personnel database (local, global) and individual paper documentation,
and provide necessity up-dates.
Ensure compliance between payments and regulations - internal as well as regulatory demands.
Ensure correct payments of social cost like insurance, pension and other social cost obligations
Ensure regular contact with Labour Office, Social Insurance , Health Insurances
Processing of tax and health insurance annual clearing.
Control the attendance & canteen serving system.
Ensure correctly filed for state aid
Support communication to the line supervisors
Provide data regarding overtime, absence, headcount, turnover

Knowledge of Labor Code.
Knowledge of HUMAN system
