Lead Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Analyst

A Lead Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for relationship management with business data owners, maintenance of business requirements, and leadership of an analytical analysts.
He/she also participate on projects during the projects initialization and planning to understand business intention to define impact on the solution and make high-level estimation, supports regular data processing issue solving and solution and integration testing, conducts regular analytical work

In details:
• Being partner to data owners and other systems in our DWH/BI environment
• Organization of team staff resources, and priorities, assigning and monitoring individual activities to consistently meet or exceed delivery objectives within designated project time lines.
• Leading a team of analysts
• Provision of direct guideline, assessment and training for junior analysts
• Being a contact person for business users, other solutions and/or project managers
• Participation on the DWH and BI releases planning and assuring DWH and BI agreed releases for the solution
• Assistance and consultancy to business users and related solutions to define business requirements, development and documentation of complex solution requirements
• Organization and participation on 3rd level support for our operations team
• Organization and provision of support to test teams in their work by analysing and solving bugs, helping executing test cases and communicating with the customer
• Being partner to lead developer
• Participating on research projects, exploring and evaluating new technologies

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Very good analytical skills
• Leadership skills
• Several years of experience in DWH and BI solution area, banking and financial institution preferable
• Very good data modelling knowledge and utilization of CASE tools ERWIN and Power Designer
• Ability to work with different end-user tools ( Cognos, MicroStrategy…)
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (11g and higher)
• Understanding of: Oracle Data integrator and Oracle Apex welcomed

• Fluent English - both verbal and written communication is precondition
• The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
