Personality requirements and skills
You should have experiences with:
- administration of Linux servers and virtual infrastructure (Ubuntu, CentOS would be advantageous)
- database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis..)
- access management
- bash scripting
- at least one monitoring tool
- DNS, adding logs and managing them
- configuration of services such as Apache, Nginx, Haproxy, Heartbeat, Corosync, etc
- at least one virtualization platform or cloud (VMware, OpenStack and AWS would be great)
- orientation in networking technologies, communication protocols, TCP, HTML, etc
- English on communicative level
Not required but beneficial:
- knowledge and experience with python
- experience with influx, grafana, kubernetes and/or zabbix
- experience with ELK
