Senior Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our client´s growing team.

- A Senior Data Warehouse and Business Intelligences Analyst is responsible for business needs and requirements analysis of DWH and BI solutions, assessing impact within the solution and on other BI solutions and reporting, writing detailed Software Design Specification, providing guidance to developers throughout system implementation, and validating the final product prior to production release
- Being a contact person for business users, other solutions and/or project managers
- Assistance and consultancy to business users and related solutions to define business requirements, development and documentation of complex solution requirements
- Participation on the DWH and BI releases planning
- Preparation of Software Design Specification and logical data modelling
- Supporting development teams to analyse requirements and participation on designing the proper technical solution
- Participation on 3rd level support for our operations team.
- Provision of support to test teams in their work by analysing and solving bugs, helping executing test cases and communicating with the customer
- Participating on research projects, exploring and evaluating new technologies
- Creation and maintain proper technical documentation to ensure the quality of the
software
- Organizing team resources, prioritize, assign and monitor individual activities to consistently meet or exceed delivery objectives within designated project time lines
- Assuring DWH and BI agreed releases for the solution
- Provision of direct guideline, assessment and training for junior analysts and/or to lead a small team of analysts
- He/she utilizes strong analytical skills to provide real solutions for both technical and business related issues associated with the implementation of business intelligence applications
