Job description, responsibilities and duties

Department responsibilities:
- provide effective and efficient solutions and services for the company Risk, Business Intelligence and Finance Departments
- support cross business lines solutions, act as integrator and identify synergies and dependencies in complex requirements
- are responsible for IT strategy and architecture in given areas
- are responsible for data architecture and play a key role in data management
- run complex projects and assure efficient delivery of changes and smooth operation with high quality hence effective maintenance

The main target of License Management is to keep the “right balance” between:
- Required Licenses
- Purchased Licenses
- Installed Software

As License Manager you will be responsible for:
- Master inventory of Licences (installed/purchased/charged)
- Controlling overall demand (internal/external/DevOps)
- Planning and forecasting (as SPoC)
- Enlarged negotiating power in Procurement process
- Ensured auditability
- Cost savings

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree or graduation from an institute of higher education with regards to IT preferred
- Profound knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards or other IT Service Management (ITSM) standards necessary
- Basic banking or financial institute knowledge
- Minimum 5 years´ experience in IT environments, thereof at least 2 years in License Management area in a responsible role
- Good organizational skills, strong analytical skills, process and solution orientation
- High customer orientation and ability to resolve conflicting stakeholders´ interests
- Fluency in German and English (verbal and written); additional CEE languages are an asset
