Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

Department responsibilities:
- provide effective and efficient solutions and services for the company Risk, Business Intelligence and Finance Departments
- support cross business lines solutions, act as integrator and identify synergies and dependencies in complex requirements
- are responsible for IT strategy and architecture in given areas
- are responsible for data architecture and play a key role in data management
- run complex projects and assure efficient delivery of changes and smooth operation with high quality hence effective maintenance

Service manager responsibilities:
- Products/Solutions: Maintenance of list of available solutions in the company incl. solution manager, solution description
- Service Catalogue: Description of single or several services (e.g. “silver/gold/platinum”) per solution within the company incl. all necessary service contacts
- Service Level Agreements (SLA): Definition (creation, alignment) and maintenance of SLAs for every service
- Service Model: Creation of an appropriate model to balance the service components (items) in an appropriate manner (e.g. defining allocation keys for cost distribution)
- Service Pricing: Service price calculation for customer

Rights:
- Defining reasonable service structure/service components (items) to aggregate to services, incl. allocation keys and buffers
- Customer communication with regards to product/solution pricing and services
- Defining SLAs

Duties:
- Transparency and accuracy (open book policy) in Service Management
