Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Analyze differences between actual data and expected results based on business / functional specifications
• Develop a detailed understanding of data sources, monitor and profile data
• Work closely with marketing team and provide data and reports upon their requests
• Provide segmentation suggestions and insights into customer behavior and trends - preparing lists of customers for online campaigns
• Monitor emerging trends, tools, and methodologies specific to data governance
• Web Analytics - set up, maintenance, data interpretation, action recommendation
• Suggest regular report structure and process reports delivery

• Experience on Data Analyst or similar position
• Knowledge and experience with databases (ideally MySQL or MariaDB, but any other is sufficient)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as but not limited to SQL, Python or R is an advantage
• Google analytics /or other web analytics platform
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex problems/findings to a non-technical audience
• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English
• Knowledge and experience with databases (ideally MySQL or MariaDB, but any other is sufficient)
