Our daily task is to find the best of the best in IT. Sometimes it becomes a true hunt for the most wanted on the market. So we need you to help us identify and persuade those who are hard to get. Are you up for the challenge?

What will you do?

- Work with professional job portals and social networks
- Persuade people
- Track profiles and process them via our internal recruitment system
- Persuade people
- Candidate preselection and communication regarding assigned positions
- Persuade people
- Creating job offers and job campaigns
- Persuade people
- Defining and applying recruitment strategy for candidate approach
- Persuade people
- Recruitment process organization and management
- You guessed it- persuade people!

What do you need to have?

- Brain and know how to use it
- Soft skills (you should know what those are)
- Motivation and dedication- sounds obvious, but really, this is a hunt, remember?
- English on communicative level (well, you understand this text so you should be fine)
- Time to work at least 25 hours a week- the more the merrier!

But you don´t need to have

- Any particular education- we really don´t care what school did you finish and if you even finished it at all, you just need to be able to think independently
- Experience- we are willing and able to teach you, but you need to be willing and able to learn
- Knowledge about IT- you will learn all of it, don´t worry
