Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
The key objectives is to share the product vision, manage the backlog, stories and priorities and interface with a development team and key product stakeholders. The team follows ‘best practice’ in software automation, continuous integration, testing and Agile methodologies. Reporting to the VP Products based in Geneva.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze features, segment them into EPICs and Stories, details functional and non-functional requirements as use cases
- Manage a product backlog including negotiation with stakeholders
- Assist the development team to ensure the Product Delivery, including participation to test plans and product validation
- Identify impediments for the development team and provide solution or escalation
- Collaborate with other groups such as Product Management, Developers, Support, etc.
- Report effectively to the Product Management

- Minimum 3 years experience of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban
- Experience in software development including automation & tests
- Experience of Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous and self-organized, rigorous, strong team spirit
- Should have at least the equivalent of degree in computer science
- Professional level fluency in Slovakian and English
- Must have the right to live and work in the EU without visa or sponsorship
Good experience in one or several domains
- ECM: MS Sharepoint, Open Text LiveLink, EMC Documentum, IBM FileNet, CMIS, etc.
Nice to have
- J2EE, SOA, application servers, XML technologies, distributed architecture, RDBMS
- BI : Qlikview, reporting, dashboards
- Front end, UX/UI : development of user interfaces, widgets, UI, backbone, angular.js, jquery, etc.
- ESB, BPM, Front end development frameworks (Backbone, angular.js, jquery, etc.)
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, etc.), Google Drive, Box.com, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.
