- Private equity company investing in start-ups, mature and distress companies seeks
to hire private equity analyst
- The successful candidate will support the investment team with the execution of
new investments
- Conduct market research on potential targets
- Conduct preliminary review, assessment, financial analysis and due diligence
- Manage external advisors performing due diligence
- Support during negotiation of terms and closing documentation
- Monitoring of existing PE portfolio investment
- Start of work April/May 2017
