Job description, responsibilities and duties

Due to our global growth we are searching for a new colleague that would help us at our Financial Department. We expect from you to be a self-driven, detail oriented and pro-active person that wants to become an asset to the team. We expect from you to have at least 1 year experience as a financial controller or financial analyst. You have university degree, speak fluent English and you are expert in Excel (MS-Office).

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning process and prepare financial plans in cooperation with other departments
- Determine, analyse and evaluate key performance indicators of the company and UMC Group
- Control and evaluate pricing process of finished goods / costs of acquired material / standard costs
- Analyse and evaluate margins and profitability of specific projects
- Analyse and suggest solutions of identified flaws and problems
- Prepare controlling reports based on needs of top management and superior employees
- Perform consolidation reports of Group
- Play key role during audits of company and Group
- Create and supervise implementation of internal directives, working processes and forms within controlling in cooperation other departments
