Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for the Senior Cloud Security Engineer is responsible to ensure the operational functionality of the Security infrastructure within the Private cloud infrastructure (IaaS).
The candidate must have experience with Checkpoint firewalls on senior level - minimum 5 years, experience with other technologies is welcome.
You must have willingness to learn new technologies - the platform is in StartUp stage - you will help with the development of the security solution and you must be able to write scripts (any language - preferably BASH is a good start).

• High level of operational experience in security related topics (IDS/IPS/Threat Prevention/Log Management) (4 Years)

• 4+ years’ experience with networking and network/system security, VPN, Web Proxy, routing, switching, load balancers, monitoring, security and DNS
• Experience with creating scripts to automate tasks
• Able to contribute to the definition of IT technology strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Understanding of principles of networks, storages, databases, virtualization, computing, middleware and enterprise applications
• Understanding of DR and HA concepts
