• Responsible for team dynamics and further development of the team to strengthen quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• Guiding the team toward self-organization and cross-functional team work, fostering T shaping
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Being a supportive partner for the Product Owner and co-leading the team
• Skillful and solution-oriented moderation using a wide range of moderation and presentation techniques
