Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague for Change CB CEE Department at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions S.C.p.A. – org. sl., Želetavská 1525/1, Praha 4, 140 92 working as Project Manager

Job Purpose/Summary:

Project Managers are key actors in technical/Functional/Integration project as focal point to ensure and support project delivery, client relationship management, project team and third parties functional coordination.
They are also guarantor for project achievements on time, on budget and on quality. Respecting as well the demand management process, providing project activity assessment and technical-economics-evaluation.
In line with the company targets and methodologies. project Managers are responsible for executing project Management along the whole project lifecycle: Feasibility study, budget, Business case, implementation, Cost/ Time and change management, handing over to the running CC and to the customer, documentation preparation, according to the planned and expected results/goals.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Functional: (role-related responsibilities)

- Ensures execution of agreed decision in line with company standards
- Define the relevant solutions, with focus on effective and efficient availability for the final users and on long term sustainability
- Ensures operating support for process engineering
- Understands risk factors and works to control costs and limit risks
- Identify solution allowing to have long term sustainability

Managerial: (people management responsibilities, planning, resourcing, process/ workflow management and improvement, budget responsibilities, etc.)

- Define and ensures the project plan and the project staffing
- Leads the project team to timely reach the project scopes
- Administrates the projects budget
- Act promptly when escalation process is started
- Identify root reasons of issues and act to solve
- Act and supervise that project is configured respecting the company standards, tools and guide lines

Organizational: (committee memberships, cross-border projects and interactions, local interactions within the branch, authorities, etc.)

- Builds and maintains productive relationships within the team and all the counterparties involved in the project
- Interacts with the customers, the BL responsible, the vendors and the eventual third parties
- Manages, holds and organize project meeting with particular attention to Top Management status update

Requirements, Attitude /approach needed:

- experience as Project Manager for at least 3-5 years.

- Managerial attitude in managing a stream like a project:

o Planning all the micro actions and activities within the streams
o To respect scheduling, quality and budget
o Applying all the guide lines shared by Project Leader
o Having constant dialogue with Planning manager and Migration stream leader
o Following on time the escalation process before to start cumulating delay
o Properly reporting status, risk/issue and next steps
o Supporting PM during preparation of Management Committee / Steering Committe and other official momentum in which project info (in this case for gap stream) need to be shared
o Being able of coordinating and organizing all the analysts and coordinators within the Gap stream environment
o Budget monitoring (allocated vs. expenses – so spent)
o Executing constant micro-management to keep green the status of the stream
o Being politically correct and being recognized by the customer and other project team members

- Issue solving approach: get solution to sort out impasse, understanding sustainability of the solution and related risks.

- Organizing and maintain constant dialogue with overall counterparties with the support of PMO and keeping right audience and correct stakeholders when a decision needs to be led.

- Cooperate with all the external suppliers and making their support effective (in a multi-cultural environment/dimension)

- Knowledge:, MS package, etc, understanding the core banking functionalities, other basic skills in queries, knowledge of PG and Core02 and Ezy expertise is advantage,

- Financial process and products knowledge about Commercial Banking environment

- English language able to write and speak understanding and being understood

- Soft skills in:

o being always balanced,
o being able to cooperate in a complex and wide international environment with larger number of resources
o being able to support a huge stress
o being available in travelling or living in Prague. Presence on site is a prerequisite to work with more effectiveness and in line with Mach timing (demanding)
o understanding managerial decision even tough (if they need to contain delay, preventing any sort of risk or recovering problems in general)
o being flexible on doing extra time, weekend working, etc
