Náplň práce, pravomoci a zodpovědnosti


As HR Business Partner you will primarily focus on the retail business network where you will:

  • Build relationship with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
  • Through partnering with other HR functions deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity) and strategy
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions and job re-leveling
  • Provide management coaching to front line managers
  • Recruit new colleagues
  • Closely cooperate with CZ HR team on various HR projects that are bringing additional value to the business
  • Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend improvements

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HRBP role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, development, evaluation, employer branding..)
  • A highly customer-orientated approach
  • Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
  • Eager to work in a team and comfortable with remote working
  • Demonstrates a can do attitude and is pro-active and professional in all client contact
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written must)

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Slovak labor code
  • Ideally experience with banking environment
  • Driving license B
