Purchasing manager

- Process purchase orders in accordance with the company policies; maintain accurate records of the purchasing activities, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Regularly evaluate vendors’ performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with the finance and budgeting teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly.
