• Potential vendors scouting and initiation for serial deliveries
• Supplier base consolidation based on given strategies across commodity
• Cost calculation within project per component and cooperations
• Complete RFQ process per project, commodity
• Price negotiation and other important bussiness conditions
• New project intiation from purchasing perspective
• Networking within internal customers
• Cost reduction projection and targets fullfiling
