Job description, responsibilities and duties
# Supervise production and support functions in the production of a quality, cost effective product, maintain production schedules and ensure the timely shipment of product to customer.
# Manage the industrial activity: procurement, production planning, stock level on the lines.
# Identify and develop the cost reduction actions. Implement the means required to meet the cost saving plan targets.
# Make sure production budget is respected (efficiency, absenteeism, etc.).
# Make sure production is organized according to production systems and Total Quality principles.
# Is responsible for compliance with Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
