Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Prepare the weekly MPS of all assigne production.
  • Ensure the MPS respects customers requirements, reflects plant targets (inventory) and consider production constraints (TPM, changeovers, etc.).
  • Assure the feasibility of plant MPS regarding actual internal and external capacity, as well as available technical and human resources.
  • Ensure the sequence is in line with the weekly MPS.
  • Coordinate with all the necessary functions the necessary activities and discussion to ensure a smooth and stable production plan.
  • Ensure the plant industrial objectives by optimizing resources and inventory level.
  • Ensure the respect of the MPS/Sequencing procedures and maintain them at the best level.
  • Participate in the activities of the Supply Chain Network and deploy the strategy.
  • Support and reinforce the internal customer-supplier relationship concept.
  • Respect the Low-Runners MTO (Make–to-Order) strategy.
  • Manage, analyze and promote the Sequencing respect rate KPIs.
  • Drive a strict sequencing respect.
  • Ensure sequencing rules and best practices are continuously applied.

  • General Production Planning Techniques and concepts.
  • JIT, EDI, Kan-Ban.
  • General Inventory management concepts
  • Dynamic personality with good analytic and technical thinking, stress resistant.
  • Ability to work overtimes.
