Procurement Manager​

# Manage procurement team.
# Ensure all logistics protocols are in place.
# Ensure correct master data settings to be in line with company strategy and logistics protocol (where applicable).
# Ensure, that daily activities of procurement teams is executed in order to supply production lines w/o interruption.
# Ensure, that proper call off/forecast are sent to all suppliers.
# Make sure the pickup is done on time in right quantity.
# Make sure, that stock in transit is followed in order to have material available on time.
# Manage emergency situation to avoid line stoppage at U-Shin at minimum premium freight cost.
# Ensure that delivery discipline of suppliers is followed by procurement team on daily basis (backlog and over-deliveries are monitored and solved).
# Update the stock projection on weekly basis.
# Manage logistics indicators in the area of responsibility (RM TT, premium freight on purchase).
