Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your tasks:
The Project Controls Engineer is responsible to set up, monitor and appraise the financial and schedule performance of major capital construction projects in accordance with standardized project and controlling management processes and best practices.
Special focus is on produce accurate and unbiased cost forecast, identify early warning of adverse cost, schedule, quality trends and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
Review technical bids as member of the bid review team, support purchase requisitions and claim management.
Support the interface between project and client's local and global policies, guidelines (e.g. procurement, accounting, documentation policies); Manages interfaces between the Project Financial Accountant and the project team/contractors.

Our requirements
University degree in construction engineering or architecture; Broad background and a minimum of 7 years professional experience in project management (cost and time management) for large building constructions/industry constructions.
Strong interpersonal, intercultural and negotiation skills; Strength of purpose; Flexibility; Fluent German speaker as well as good English skills.
