Job description, responsibilities and duties
-upload of the contracted hotel rates in a company internal system, communication with hotels and suppliers about missing information and clarifications (rates, availability, hotel descriptions)
- loading special offers (rates + availability updates) in the system
- check of the rate discrepancies for the operation and accounts departments
- check of the rates competitiveness in the company system (comparing directly contracted rates with the rates of other suppliers), communication regarding a rate disparity with the direct suppliers
