Job description, responsibilities and duties
TUDI Mechanical Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS in the surrounding areas of Pittsburgh, PA and Tampa, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Installation and repair of Commercial and/or Industrial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment for our customers.
• Ability to diagnose causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs in the performance of duties.

• Universal Refrigeration Licenses.

• Must have experience on Trane/Carrier equipment as well as other name brands of HVAC equipment.
SKILLS:
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must possess good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to build rapport with customers.
• Sales ability.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• College or Technician Degree in HVAC/Refrigeration.
