Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• We are looking for a candidate with strong commercial mind-set who is able to coordinate our buying and selling activities in the East of Slovakia and manage our team of three traders
• At the same time you will be responsible for managing operational staff in Strážske (ca 15 employees) and securing the proper functioning of key operational processes
• You will be in close cooperation with Site and Sales Managers in the whole of Slovakia, directly reporting to the CEO of the company

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree, preferably in business, economics or technical education
• Minimum 5 years experience in management position, preferably in logistics, production or trading environment
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Dynamic and goal oriented personality
• Strong organizational, communication and managing skills
• Ability to take responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mind set
• "Can-do" mentality
