Senior Business Analyst

The BA will be responsible for supporting various enterprise application projects and notate the business processes further using the BPMN standard, optimize the business process, or, following a consultation with competent persons, suggest new solutions.
In addition, the senior BA will help define department standards to improve our process and provide coaching to level up the team.
The ideal candidate should have the relevant experience to share best practices with the team as well as critical thinking skills to solve problems and communicate information and decisions effectively to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, and communicate business requirements and technical requirements
• Think creatively to help drive simple and efficient solutions to complex problems
• Assist with formulating recommendations to improve business workflows
• Development of business process models and detailed specifications of the product on a business level
• Business process definition by business domain model (roles, goals, forms), BPMN.
• Work effectively with all individuals within the cross-functional team during the implementation of the solution
• Working with TFS
• Review of SW analysis
