IT Project Manager (Delivery Manager)

TrustPay is looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager with full project lifecycle experience working in software development projects. Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building including the ability to interact with developers and technical leads in a technical manner. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands, and Knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence. Some commercial experience as a BA or a developer would be greatly preferable. The Project Manager should have a creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical leads to assist in defining project scope, gathering requirements, scheduling development, and tracking progress.
• Create and maintain project schedules using management tools TFS and MS Project.
• Create project documentation and executive level summaries to communicate progress and issues, including resource forecasting and reporting of team work tracking for the last term.
• Perform special assignments requested by the team and department lead.
• Participate in the demand process
