Currently we are looking for an HR Generalist with strong recruitment skills in Slovakia in order to strengthen the CEE HR team and support the daily/operative business, assistance and following up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Principal responsibilities:
Support the supervising company management
Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development
Interviewing job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources
Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems
Coordinate and hold the new employee orientation program
Administer and explain benefits to employees
Coordination of HR administration, contracts and payroll
Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
