Currently we are looking for an HR Generalist with strong recruitment skills in Slovakia in order to strengthen the CEE HR team and support the daily/operative business, assistance and following up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.


Principal responsibilities:
 Support the supervising company management
 Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development
 Interviewing job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications
 Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources
 Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems
 Coordinate and hold the new employee orientation program
 Administer and explain benefits to employees
 Coordination of HR administration, contracts and payroll
 Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses
 Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) or English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Requirement(s):
 Having Collage/University degree
 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar position
 Positive attitude and openness to new ideas
 Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
 High level of flexibility
 Ability to travel
 Fluent English
 Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution.
 Pro-active attitude, excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
 Profound HR process and systems knowledge, and the ability to identify and recommend HR best practices. Ability to work and communicate with different job level of employee
