Senior Production Manager with potential to the Plant Manager

• Developing and determining the production strategy and policy within the Slovak plant
• Translation of this strategy in concrete and clear objectives for all production departments
• Planning, organizing and managing all processes within every production department
• Assuring that production runs in compliance with the quality- and safety standards
• Managing all relevant assets and full staff involved leading to a stable occupation in line with the demand
• Formulating proposal towards budget, capital expenditure and improvements
• Being responsible for the global production reporting
• Initiating cooperation between production ond all relevant supporting departments
• Reporting to Plant manager
